【Job Position】
Car Coating Staff (Full-time, Part-time, or Contract Work)
Contract type can be discussed upon consultation.

 

【Job Description】
Car coating services (body, wheels, glass coating, etc.)
Car washing and interior cleaning
Customer service and explanation of procedures
Photography and video editing of completed work
Managing and posting on the company website and social media
Other store-related tasks

【Qualifications】
No specific education or experience required
Passion for cars and motorcycles is a plus
No prior experience needed (training provided)
A driver’s license or motorcycle license is preferred
Someone who values precision and takes pride in providing exceptional results
Smoking is strictly prohibited during work hours, including breaks (smoking outside of work hours is allowed)
Must maintain proper grooming and cleanliness at all times
Experience in car detailing (coating, window film, protection film, etc.) is valued
While there is no heavy lifting involved, the job requires continuous movement, so a reasonable level of physical fitness is necessary

 

【Working Hours】
Full-time / Contract Staff: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (including breaks, approx. 7 hours of actual work), with a standard work schedule of 23 days per month
Part-time / Hourly Staff: flexible working hours (negotiable)
Overtime is rare

 

【Salary】
Base salary + performance-based incentives (details to be discussed during the interview)
Part-time/Hourly staff: ¥1,200–¥1,500 per hour
